As Project Manager, Chris coordinates and supervises sub-contractors and superintendents on numerous commercial construction projects while enhancing and increasing the efficiencies, as well as the abilities, of the team. He is responsible for maintaining job costs, budgets, project closeout and safety standards on the jobsite. His resume includes multiple projects on average in excess of $10 million dollars and as former VP of Construction of one of the leading National Builders in the Raleigh area. Chris brings an expertise in building with respect to project coordination, execution and buyout.
